Kristina ( Tina ) has been passionate about the medical field since she was 17 years old. She received training at Trion College to provide assistance in a medical practice setting. She particularly enjoys the hands on nature of her work. Her number one priority is helping patients feel at ease and letting them know that they are well cared for ( both in person and by phone). She is currently working towards furthering her education in sports medicine and personal fitness. She also completed a 200hr teacher training program at Core Power yoga.
“I took my first yoga class at the age of twenty and knew that it wouldn’t be my last. I fell in love with how I felt after yoga . I felt strong flexible confident, positive, free and compassionate towards myself. I see yoga practice as an essential part of my life. My wish is to encourage everyone to begin their practice and open themselves up to the possibility of change in their lives. I bring humor, support and a non-judgmental attitude to my class letting students know that yoga practice is a fun and valuable experience”
